Featuring three slow-simmered, chef-crafted gravies, imported pasta selections, and warm hearth rolls, this buffet is crafted so every guest can customize their plate with the distinct flavors of Sicily, Boston's North End, South Philadelphia, and Little Italy.

Peanuts / Tree Nuts: Featured in the specialty sausage ragù deglaze.
Dairy & Gluten: Featured across pasta, cheeses, and baked rolls. Gluten Free pasta will be identified on the buffet bar.
All alcohol used in sauce braises and deglazing is fully cooked out.
