Council meetings are scheduled for the second Wednesday of each month with the fourth Wednesday scheduled as a Social/Fraternal event at the Council Home, located at 1037 Spaulding Drive, Aiken, SC, starting at 7:30 p.m.

Exceptions to this schedule, usually due to holiday cancellations, are announced on our website and in the Church Bulletin. The Council also occasionally conducts online meetings via Zoom, for which we recommend registering early.​

All members who are up to date with their dues are encouraged to join these meetings, with the presentation of a valid membership card.

​

Typically, a Council meeting runs for about 45-60 minutes, but this duration may adjust according to the seasonal needs and the agenda. For a comprehensive understanding of what happens during a meeting, members should consult the meeting outline provided in Article IV of our by-laws. While attendance at Council meetings is optional, it is highly appreciated. Active involvement is key to our Council's success.
