Honorary Life Membership

Selection will remit $10 in total, which only includes 2023Columbus Club dues assessed of “HONORARY LIFE MEMBERS” (those who have reached the age of 70 with 25 consecutive years of continuously paid membership).  $5 [CCA only] = $5

You new membership card will be delivered via US mail as quickly as possible, but may take longer during periods of high volume or due to professional obligations of our Financial Secretary. A printed copy of the invoice can be used prior to the receipt of your card. If there is a change in address, please notify the Financial Secretary.

Please provide us with your membership number when you proceed to 'Check Out'. To do so, on the first checkout form  Include your Membership Number in the "Special Instructions/Notes" fieldat the bottom of the Billing Information section.
